This past Sunday, EEM had the opportunity to be a vendor at The New Black Wall Street Project Event which celebrated black-owned businesses. This event took place at Mardi Gras Cafe and was hosted by Maike Alexandre, the 2015 Miss Black America Georgia and the CEO of The New Black Wall Street Property Headquarters. EEM’s Editor In Chief and I experienced history in the making as the location for the New Black Wall Street was revealed! We look forward to seeing what progress will be made within the next few years with this project. Make sure you support our black owned businesses!
